Parker's Rotary Position Sensors are Hall Effect devices with an output voltage dependent upon the angular position of the sensor. They utilize non-contacting technology and are offered in several linear ranges up to 360 degrees of rotation.

Full Product Description
Parker's RS series delivers a proportional linear analog output over an angular ranges up to 360 degrees. The sensors utilize solid state Hall Effect , non-contacting technology for trouble free operation and a high level of EMI immunity. They are built in a single package to reduce rotary alignment issues and variations in signals caused by vibration and axial variations. The sensors are very robust and able to withstand rugged applications The potted design combined with the sealed connector give the electronics for the RS sensor IP66 protection for outdoor applications. The mechanical features offered provide for easy installation and removal, even in field conditions.
With the multiple packages and angular ranges available, the rotary position sensors are an ideal choice when selecting a sensor for measuring continous angular position of almost any implement or feature on mobile and industrial equipment.
