Item Information

Parker’s spool type logic element valve family features a versatile range of screw-in elements that can provide flexible design solutions for many common cartridge valve applications with flows up to 500 lpm (132 gpm) and pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi). Parker logic elements are small pilot controlled devices that offer system designers the advantage of using these valves in applications where the flow and pressure conditions may exceed the limits of typical cartridge valves. They can be used to control flow, pressure, or direction, and when applied in the proper arrangements, can perform multi-task control functions and will help reduce the size, cost, and complexity of integrated manifold systems.

Markets:
• Aerial
• Construction Equipment
• Material Handling Equipment
• Miscellaneous Industrial
• Miscellaneous Mobile

Features/Benefits:
• Low leakage design
• High flow capacity
• Hardened, precision ground parts for durability
• All external parts zinc plated

Applications:
• Fixed pump unloading
• High flow pressure compensation
• Load-sense unloading
• Priority steering/braking
• Winch control

Additional Technical Insight:
Logic elements are commonly used in conjunction with smaller, low flow solenoid or pilot valves in order to provide pilot pressure to the logic element for higher flow applications.
