Product is used to measure oil level in a vessel holding oil. They are custom designed for accurate level indication for each unique main engine oil reservoir or gearbox. It is typically mounted to the bottom of the oil cap.

Item Information

The oil level dip stick is designed and manufactured by Parker Aerospace’s Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division to provide accurate indication to the flight line maintenance technicians. They are designed and certified to meet the FAA 15-minute fireproof requirement. Dipsticks are 300-series stainless steel.

APPLICATIONS:
The oil level dip sticks are used on gas turbine main engine reservoirs and gearboxes. The product can be designed for other applications that require precise fluid level measurement in a fire zone, if required. They are used on both military and commercial engines for all types of aircraft including helicopters.
