The Air Saver Unit can reduce air consumption by up to 50% and improves blow efficiency in air blow applications. When the blow is OFF, there is no air consumption. Pulsed air generate the impact of air blow and improve the blow efficiency.

Full Product Description

The Air Saver Unit is a valve that converts a continuous air blow to pulsed air blow without the need for any other external control. Air is blown with a series of ON and OFF pulses. When the blow is OFF, there is no air consumption. This is how the air saver unit contributes to reduce in air consumption.

Notes: White petrolatum grease option (silicon free) is for painting application. But, it is highly depending on customer applications. We highly recommend to evaluate the products for each applications.
