Parker's Metal O-Rings are used for sealing internal and external pressures in diverse industrial applications where minimal leakage at extremely low or high temperatures is of paramount importance. They are suitable for use with very high pressures and in aggressive media. Parker's portfolio includes a wide range of available seal cross-sections for challenging applications.
Metal O-Seals are manufactured from stainless steel and nickel alloys. These Metal O-Rings can withstand temperatures of up to 650°C, even under high pressures. Parker offers a variety of plating materials, such as silver, gold, tin, PTFE, and others, to suit different requirements. Metal O-Rings are available as closed versions, but also internally vented and therefore pressure-energized or gas-pressure-filled for high-pressure applications.
