The Depth-Clear D dual-layer encapsulated lenticular filter is designed for single-use filtration providing positive containment with intuitive operation. Its simplicity of design and operation are complemented using advanced cellulosic depth medias designed and manufactured for the bio-pharmaceutical industry. This filter features Parker-patented core assembly for support and seal.
Features/Benefits:
• Dual-layer polyethylene bag encapsulating a depth lenticular filter
• Inlet and vent on top and outlet on bottom
• Used in combination with specially designed split-lid stainless vessel for pressure support
• Modules available in 3-, 9-, 16-, and 32-cell designs for single-layer media filters, and 2-, 8-, 13-, and 26-cell modules for dual-layer media filters
• KP grade media is primary pharmaceutical-grade media, ranging from 20 µm to less than 0.2 µm
• KPLE grade media with proprietary grade of acid-washed diatomaceous earth to keep extractables to their lowest level
• Single-use filters available with Parker’s KP grade, KPLE grade, and Carbon depth filter media
• Validation documentation available upon request
