Parker Chomerics CHO-SHIELD® 4994 conductive coating is a very smooth, highly conductive, silver-filled polyurethane designed for military/aerospace airframe applications. CHO-SHIELD® 4994 is a metallic light brown colored polyurethane that is designed to be applied by standard high volume, low pressure spray equipment.

Features and Benefits:
• Superior conductivity (<0.075 ohms/square) and EMI shielding (>85 dB)
• High flexibility or material for easy application in difficult geometries
• Fluid resistance to solvents as well as operational and environmental fluids
• Excellent pot life (3 hours) for application flexibility
• Ambient temperature curing (7 days) or elevated temperature curing (4 hours) options
• Can be applied to aluminum as well as non-conductive substrates
